World Skills UK 2009
The World Skills UK Floristry competition offers budding trainee florists a chance to demonstrate their skills in creativity and design and show the industry what they can do.
Competitors performed a series of theme-based tasks, including wired pieces, bouquets, body adornments and room decorations at regional heats accross the country. Assessment focused on creative and technical areas of concept, colour, composition and technique.
The final of the competition will be held at the RHS Tatton Park Show over the 22nd - 26th July 2009.
